The location of the complex is within a well
presented and established residential area of
Sylvania. Landscaped grounds and outdoor terraces
with views over the district creates a very appealing
environment.
MORAN Sylvania provides quality inclusions
throughout. The luxurious single rooms (some
adjoining for couples) include ample cupboard
space, a fat screen TV and a modern ensuite
bathroom. Most of the rooms have their own
balconies or courtyard access. For the comfort of
our residents the rooms are equipped with climate
controlled airconditioning.
The complex is stylishly decorated with
comfort in mind and is adorned with beautiful
artworks. There are many recreation facilities
including a 6m x 14m heated swimming pool, a
function hall, movie theatre and library. There is
internet, pay TV and daily newspapers available.
Residents can enjoy an array of activities,
games, exercises and also outings in the facility
bus. Cultural days and special events are held
throughout the year providing pleasurable
social occasions.

Services, a Secure Dementia wing of 15 with a
secure courtyard and ‘ageing in place’ is available.
All of our staff are carefully selected choosing highly
trained personnel with friendly dispositions to assist
in your everyday wellbeing.
